All keychains come with the metal ring. The 1/2 inch is connected to the keychain slightly differently since it's 4 times thicker than the 1/8.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our ornaments as well as monitor displays variations, please expect there may be a slight variance in color of actual product. Some small changes might include the direction of the wood grain or size of names due to length of the name to fit the area or color hue of paint.

- The shipping time will take around 14 days for US orders
- Due to the custom nature of the keychains, we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless there is a misspelling error on our part.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns on personalized product for reasons other than our error will not be accepted. Please kindly contact us with the reason of returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted.

VERY IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
Only the keychains are made from 1/2 inch acrylic is very very hard to break. The other options are 1/8" or 1/4" acrylic which is a type of plastic and will break if dropped, thrown around or mishandled. Shop is not responsible for broken keychains.
